Just drove 8 miles to pick up our 80$ order only to discover on getting home that my 2 of my united sandwiches were actually 2 rubens(I hate sour kraut) and to add insult to injury my wife tipped them 10$ ? ? View all feedback.

Staff is EXTREMELY rude. Started off by calling, was put on hold for ten minutes. Hung up and called back, no answer. Drove to location. Male worker acted irritated that I wanted to order.35 minutes later I ask when my two sandwiches would be done as I was the only one left in the store. The female worker snaps back with “do you want a refund and no food?”Neither of them have any business working with the public.And then, on top of it, this was supposed to be a grilled ham and Swiss only. It came with lettuce, mayo, tomato and mustard. I wasted 45 minutes and $30 for lunch that I cannot eat. What a clown show of an establishment.…and my other sandwich, a tuna …..was wrong too.
Awful place, will steal ur money, food is disgusting and unsanitary. Only eat hear if u wanna die.

I just picked up an online order. Beware- their online description of their salads are false and misleading. I paid. $13.50 for a lettuce, slice American cheese and chicken tenders. The online menu indicates that there is supposed to also be tomatoes and olives. I decided to let that slide. When I opened up my sandwich, it was on the wrong bread. I called the store and spoke with the manager who argued with me that the online menu has nothing to do with the store and there’s nothing that he can do to fix the situation. There are multiple other salads with olives on it and he tells me they do not have olives in the store. I told him that is misleading to have an online menu with ingredients listed that you do not carry in the store. He proceeds to tell me that the physical store menu does not match the online menu. As for the sandwich, he was only willing to remake the sandwich. As he continue to speak over me, I was trying to tell him that they need to fix their online menu because it’s misleading. He then told me that unless I wanted the sandwich remade, this conversation was over and then hung up on me. This is the worst experience I’ve had at Bread Basket Deli since we frequent their Woodward location often. He did tell me that this is a franchise. Customers beware. Absolutely awful customer service and even worst food. Don’t waste your money here
