Big Boy - Madison Heights

After picking out our Christmas tree, my daughter and I stopped by to use the restroom. She accidentally left her phone in the stall, and the General Manager, Christie, went out of her way to help us retrieve it. We decided to stay for dinner, and I must say, Christie has significantly enhanced every aspect of this location! The atmosphere was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we discovered that KIDS EAT FREE ON TUESDAYS! We will definitely be returning!

The service provided by the ginger-haired woman was outstanding. I ordered a super Big Boy along with the salad bar, and everything was delicious!

The food is consistently fresh and arrives on time. The staff is very friendly and always attentive to your needs.

My son and I went here for breakfast on a Sunday when we got there we saw a Dte truck a woman you was the manager (Kristy)said come and and have a cup of coffee and see if we can open they could serve customers we had a great server and Kristy was very personable the rest of the team also were team players

Our food was all cold. Not the first time, my food has not been good the last few times I have been there. Not going back for awhile. Went back, the food was good, the service was great.
