I work not far away from the sounds 53 location of Wendy's here in Madison Florida when you can get food it's terrific nine times out of 10 that you never get what you order ever and to get it replaced fixed or refunded takes an act of God and I wonder if they realize that people get tired of paying for food that they don't actually receive My advice to anybody ordering from this location is double check all your stuff before you even leave the counter or drive through because it's clearly too much work for them to take in the time and effort to prepare your order the way you ordered it

I was impressed. Jarrod greeted us with the biggest smile. ? He was so pleasant, proper n polite. He talked with us for a brief moment, he loves his job. He was so positive. I'm very proud of him. Great hire.

This Wendy's is inside a truck stop it has a drive thru. Service is usually pretty good and orders are mostly accurate. Every now and then they have a bad shift and it takes forever or the food isn't right but it really seems like management is on top of things and get that straightened up pretty
