I purchased Fudgie the Whale Cake . it was great! if you purchase from this location, just call before placing order. Carvel website and Google both said the store opened at 1030. I placed.order for a 12p-1p pickup. My dash driver arrived and messaged me around 1215 saying the store was closed!! I tried calling multiple times with no avail. What gail staub doesn't like about Carvel Ice Cream:
Total disappointment. I was a long time customer 15 miles north of another Carvel. I ordered a sundae, they cheat you by placing a flat lid on top. Also, so little syrup. Plus, the cost was $3.00 more. They provided no napkins. View all feedback.

I almost placed an order for another location and wouldve been charged double
Scam. Doesnt match photos and completely missing Oreos. More like cookie dust.

It was actually pretty good. not nearly enough toppings though.
That was really good. They layered the toppings and sauces well, good proportions. Will be ordering again!
