Sonic Drive in - Madison

The slowest sound I was in. there are hardly anyone in any stand and all I have ordered were drinks and it takes 30 minutes. that happened twice, and I was just here two times. they need to look into a stronger administration or a better franchise owner to manage this business.

Chairs were placed in the stands, waited for a good time until we reached the order stand and waited another 10 minutes a good hour by until we just went to another restaurant

Simply order in the app and check in. the food was exact and the staff was friendly. the service was somewhat slower than most, but not terrible. it took about 10 minutes to restore our food. we ordered 2 explosives and a mozzarella stick.

Ordered through the app 5 mins prior to arriving. Checked in the stall and have been waiting 30 mins. Pushed the red button after my order went off the screen. The ordering screen says we will be with you shortly that was Atleast 10 mins ago. There are Atleast 5 other people here as well with a similar situation going on, it's hot ?, idk if they don't have employees or if they are just busy or what the deal is. Third time I've visited this location with the same results. I think I'll go somewhere else next time.Just informed they couldn't find my order : showed them in the app and where it took the out of the bank account. Employee stated they will work on it and get it out ASAP... We shall see how long that will be.

Don't recommend this location unless you've got 45 minutes to kill. Places the order online, but when we got here the check in wouldn't work. We tried pressing the button at the stall and waited over half hour for our food. When we got it they brought the drinks and no food. When we tried the drinks it was just colored water for Dr Pepper because they were out of syrup AND carbonation. Sonic generally has pretty good food but the management here needs to be thrown out if they can't stay on top of orders.
