They accused me of lying and insisted... read more The pizza is excellent, but the service is terrible. If they mess up your order, be prepared for a frustrating experience. They accused me of lying and insisted on proof before issuing a refund. I ended up being charged for the incorrect pizza before they finally contacted the owner to process my refund and charge me for the right one. The staff was condescending as I left, and I have no intention of returning.

He wiped his nose with his hand, used his phone and touched his hat and was opening pizza boxes checking on customers orders with nasty hands. Smh. On the other hand, asked for new person to get our food and they did it with no problem. Gloves would be nice. I'm just saying.

So we... read more We had two issues with our order.We ordered 4 pizzas. One of them was supposed to be a Calizone. Once we got back we realized none of them were calizone. So we called Simple Simon’s and the worker was extrenely rude saying we did not order a calizone. That’s very unprofessional of the manager to tell us what we did and didn’t order. We know what we ordered.The second issue is that you only get one ranch cup with 4 pizzas. How is that enough ranch for 4 pizzas? They were rude about that as well.
