It seemed like they had cooked it beforehand, then just warmed it up before serving. We spent over $25, and we were really upset about it.

Should have been a pepperoni New Yorker. Spoke with the manager who just kept saying it’s not their fault because I ordered online. I begged her to remake my order. The only thing she could say is it’s company policy. That was the only thing she knew how to say. Never ordering from here again.
