Friendly staff. Nice location for what we wanted to do in the area. Our room was clean and spacious. We used the laundry amenities and found it easy to do. Workout room was sufficient. There's a nice bar area and generous breakfast. View all feedback.
What Toby Ramsey doesn't like about La Quinta Inn Suites By Wyndham Madera:
Horrible experience with the staff checking in. Drove 11 hours to hear first come first serve parking. No help whatsoever.Next day, the staff was very helpful and assured us, that was not normal. Not recommending, but it may have been the employee. View all feedback.
Our room was very nice, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the pet policy was excellent. We have stayed here before and will be back. We have 2 small dogs.Nearby activities: Lions Town Country Park, Madera, CA is an excellent park nearby to walk our dogs and enjoy the beautiful lush trees shading all the walking paths.
This hotel is really clean and nice. I love the little bar set up they have. Such a nice spot to chill and enjoy a drink during your stay. The beds were very comfortable. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels in Madera. I did have an issue for a while but, the manager Olivia took care of it right away. She was very understanding about the situation and made sure everything was being handled professionally. Thank you I will be staying here again.
Actually.......... quite a nice hotel for the price. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hope to be doing a lot of buisness in town, and I will be staying here.
La Quinta was so very accommodating to us after Holiday Inn Express turned us away for my service animal! We will always stay at La Quinta hotels from now on. They were super friendly, very clean. Thanks for turning our stay around. Definitely recommend staying here.
Never again. The rooms are very nice but you have no rest at all. The place is located between 2 railroads where a train is passing blowing the horn. Say goodbye to your sleep.I support the idea of being sustainable and absolutely agree sheets or towels don't need a daily refreshment, however it's a minimum to check the room and empty the trash or refill the coffee machine.Breakfast is really limited, eg. no jam which is kind of a minimum I think. We decided to go to the Walmart and buy stuff for us own.On top of that, the staff (or one of the staff members) was really unfriendly and even ignorant when being asked to find a common solution to the train troubles. Where first there was a 50% occupancy of the hotel and switching rooms was not a problem, all of a sudden it wasn't possible anymore. When being requested to effectively change rooms, the lady behind the counter lost her tongue and I became empty air for her.Asking to speak to the manager, this was only possible between 09h00 17h00. Outside these hours you can not solve issues apparently.
