Frosty Queen - Madera

I had a terrible experience! I ordered boneless wings, but instead received an avocado burger. I was so hungry that I ended up eating it all. They then expected me to pay for the burger even though I had already paid for the wings that I never received! On top of that, the staff gave me attitude and dirty looks throughout the ordeal. The food wasn't that great either, and it was way overpriced. I do not recommend this place.

While the rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly and attentive, Cynthia's behavior overshadowed our experience. She carelessly tossed our ranch containers into the bag, causing them to spill all over our food. It was clear that she didn't want to be there, and it really affected our visit. After cleaning up the mess, we asked her for a new clean bag and some additional ranch. Unfortunately, her response was unhelpful and rude. We ended up leaving with fewer ranch containers than we should have received, and we didn’t get a new bag for our food. It’s disappointing that one unprofessional employee could mar what could have been a great outing. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Don't be misled by the name—Frosty Queen is not just a cheap imitation of Dairy Queen. The burgers are fantastic, and the chicken sandwiches are equally delicious! The kids enjoy getting their ice cream and dipping their fries into it. The best Sunday in Madera includes a matinee followed by lunch at Frosty Queen. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
