This is the best Chipotle I've ever visited! I have celiac disease, and they were amazing at ensuring my food was handled safely. They changed their gloves and used clean utensils, which made me feel very at ease. The food was outstanding as well!

I haven't tried the food yet, but I'm giving 5 stars to recognize a dedicated employee named Rosa. While another young staff member was being quite unhelpful and letting customers think they had run out of lettuce, Rosa stepped in to inform her coworker that there was more in the back and even went to get it herself. Earlier, the same employee was barely scraping the last bits of beans, and Rosa had to remind her to get more from the other counter. I really dislike dealing with lazy employees, so I'm grateful that Rosa was there to support her coworker. It's important for young employees to maintain a positive attitude and perform their jobs effectively. Hardworking individuals like Rosa truly deserve recognition, and customers deeply appreciate them. Thank you, Rosa, for your assistance. I hope your boss sees this and rewards you for being such an excellent worker!

I'm consistently finding that they run out of chips, even at 7 PM. I'm not sure if Jacob just hasn't bothered to refill the bag, especially since they can clearly accommodate online orders. I dined in but ended up having to place an online order just to get some chips. This has happened multiple times with him.

The bowls I ordered were missing ingredients, and they seriously cut back on everything—bowls, chips, guac, queso—I’ve never experienced such poor portioning at Chipotle before. The guacamole was turning brown and was watery, and there was sour cream spilled all over the bottom of the to-go bag. This was by far my worst Chipotle experience, and I order from there regularly. On top of that, there was no designated "burritoloading zone" for pick-up parking.

I assumed that ordering to go and picking it up quickly would be convenient, but I was mistaken. They completely messed up my order, and when I asked for a refund, they offered me coupons for free food—like I’d want to return. Then, they directed me to a hotline where I was put on hold forever, and the representative was rude. Although she eventually processed my refund, it took a whole week for the money to appear back in my account. Absolutely ridiculous.
