From now on, we’ll be choosing this place over other hibachi restaurants. Hinata is very clean and newly renovated, and the staff is fantastic with excellent customer service. The food was cooked to perfection. I truly have no complaints; everything was wonderful. We've found our new favorite Japanese steakhouse. Hinata was very clean newly renovated the staff was amazing customer service was on point and the food was cooked to perfection. The... read more Good food, average Chef for the hibachi, but a surprising lack of customer service. 15 minutes to get seated (I had to ask a random waitress that was busy). The place looked awesome outside and very clean. The floor inside however was coated with lotsof grease. Had the customer service been better such as getting drinks to us sooner than 20 minutes, an acknowledgement ofshowing up for a greeting of some sort, and a cleaner floor, I'd have given a better rating.
