Bruegger's Bagels - Madeira

The images are extremely deceiving. I used to order the salmon, but there was literally no salmon in my dish. This will be my final time ordering from this restaurant as I have given it many chances. It is not worth it, you might as well buy a bagel from anywhere else since that is basically what you get.

The egg and brisket bagel was inedible. It was greasy and disgusting, with cream cheese instead of Swiss. This is the second time we've gotten a disappointing breakfast sandwich.

I experienced some negative energy when ordering one hash brown at the restaurant. The staff seemed frustrated with me, but I still give 5 stars to the morning crew for turning things around. Bruegger's corporate also reached out to me and provided great customer service. It's important to remember that the peak time work crew serving your bagel may be under stress, so I appreciate their hard work. Thank you, Bruegger's, for the tasty bagels! #bagels

The hash browns and bagels were excellent, and the sriracha honey cream cheese was absolutely delicious!
