Uno At Waterfront Airport And Casino

After 15 years of frequent stays at the Waterfront hotel, averaging 4 to 6 visits per year, we have witnessed a decline in quality due to various unfortunate events. The hotel was once excellent, but was significantly impacted by COVID in 2020 and then by typhoon Rai/Odette in 2021. Despite our loyalty as customers, many services and facilities remain unrepaired even 3 years later. The once great restaurant has deteriorated into a mediocre eatery with limited menu options. The customer service is practically non-existent, with overcharging for phone reservations and a lack of communication between front desk and reservation services. Our cancellation request was mishandled and we were met with extreme unfriendliness when we arrived the next day to find our room had been rebooked. Our request to speak with someone from customer or reservation services was dismissed in a rude and arrogant manner. As a result, we have chosen not to return to this hotel and will not recommend it to our international guests. It is truly disheartening to see 15 years of cherished memories fade away.
