What Moseph Jark doesn't like about Mcdonald's Island Central Mactan:
I ordered through grabfood but they did not prepare the food and wasted the driver 's time and mine. When I called them to cancel my order I overheard them say sure oii . I only asked them to cancel because I can 't do it and the driver doesn 't want to because he will lose his rewards. In the end they cancelled my order due to incorrect price . There was a Caterpillar in my bigmac! Horrific hygiene! We got our money back but it spoiled my taste. Don’t go there!
Service was good. Service water appears to be very chlorinated tap water. Scary. Seating was weird tiny stools. Very uncomfortable. Maybe management want you to get out and move on with uncomfortable seating. Disappointed with the McDonald's experience here. I should add the hand dryer was hard to reach over the vanity. And I'm really quite tall. God knows how shorter filipinos manage. Service: Dine in

This McDonald's branch is located inside the Island Central Mactan Mall in M.L. Quezon National Highway, Ibo, Lapu-Lapu City. Their store hours is dependent of the mall hours which typically close at 10:00 p.m.
