Tomas Café - Feedback

What Su names doesn't like about Tomas Café:
We were told at 10:30 that they only had takeout service. They asked themselves if they had service, someone said that only drinks and in the end only to go. I thought only Mexico City was like this. I don't want to go back to Ensenada. View all feedback. What Patricia Eaton likes about Tomas Café:
The best here is the service! Food is good but limited dessert options. The place could be fixed a bit it is very cold and lacking.
