The food is cooked aldente, fresh crisp not over cooked vegetables and seafood. The steak is cooked just right, chat-grilled with very nicely done sauce of your choice. The pork hip ismarinated to perfection chargrilled. Nothing salty or oily including the soup. The servings are generous. I have brought friends every time I come back and they thank me for bringing them there.
