Actually, nothing to see. Nice and helpful personnel, clear cader. We all had raclette and it was definitely fine. Just a pepper-mole ipv pepper out of a bag would have been nice. View all feedback.

We were booked in here for breakfast every day as part of our holiday package with Crystal holidays. Things were already looking good when I popped my head round the door on the first night we arrived and cheekily asked for some milk (for the much needed cup of tea as the SPAR was shut) and without hesitation the waitress gave me a whole carton without charge. Every morning we were greeted with a cheery 'Bonjour ' and an absolutely fantastic choice of foods that kept everyone from my super health condscious wife to my croissant addict children very happy. The view from the restaurant was truly majestic and sitting there sipping a nice cup of strong coffee made me feel very contented. We self catered for the rest of our meals but this really made us feel as if we had had a big treat each day. We didn 't eat here in the evening but if the breakfasts were anything to go by it would be a good option.
Pleasant service but food a bit disappointing. Ordered the burger. A little too pink for me. Waiter very understanding and recooked for me. Husband and daughter ordered the duck which was much better. Not the worst meal but wouldn't rush back.
Visited on the chalet hosts night off, didn't book but we (4 of us arrived before 7pm so got a seat not so sure we would have been lucky if we had left it any longer. The place is huge and it was clear they were expecting a lot of large groups our waitress thoughtfully sat us at a table where we weren't surrounded by people which was great. 3 of us had raclette (first time for 1 and it was excellent plenty of cheese and charcuterie, other dish was mixed grill which was nice but fairly modest size if you are a real meat lover. Our food arrived really quickly, but after that all the waiting staff were understandably super busy with the bigger groups so we had to wait ages and eventually ask for the dessert menu no one came back to take our order (we didn't have much room anyway ! so we paid and left. Maybe different on a quieter night, we would certainly return.
Dinner in group (about 50 people, the decor was hot, the food excellent and in large quantity ( excellent root, super fondue, tartiflette, charcuterie trays... . Special mention to Chichi the waitress who was not only adorable but exceptional in the efficiency in managing the whole group alone.
