Midday and evening formule at the same price where can you usually get 3 courses in the evening for 12.50? A la carte range of options very wide in gallettes and crepes but other possibilities too. I had the menu du jour recommended options with a couscous salad and chicken starter, mushroom egg and bacon galette and apricot jam crepe they certainly know how to make these! Decor in keeping with Breton theme. Good ser... View all feedback.
What Víctor Pineda doesn't like about Vent d'Ouest:
Salad, a lot, a lot of salad, so feed a 4-pine slap. .. the garnish: some pieces of hidden magret, well hidden, a little apples and the bowl is brought on the table under the name of western wind salad, the most expensive of the map ever seen View all feedback.
Looking for a restaurant on sunday evening, we came across this restaurant along the river. We had a galette and 1/2l of cider. Serving was quick, the waitresses friendly, the food good and the bill for two was 25€. what more can you want?
I had a crêpe but it was not as good as I could expect. Dry and over cooked, a pity for the cute little place.
On the riverfront on a very busy street, you can sit outside or inside. My wife ordered moules et frites and declared the mussels, available with your choice of three sauces, the best she had ever eaten. She chose the marinière sauce (white wine). Too bad about the frozen fries taking over the French restaurant scene. Sacrilege! I had a galette, which turned out to be a large crèpe with ham and gruyère cheese folded to the centre with a sunny side up egg on top. Excellent! For dessert, we shared a caramel and banana crèpe which disappeared very quickly. Don't miss this stop!
Visiting with Scottish friends who wanted to taste pancakes. Weekday between noon and two. The restaurant is easy to find, and simple to access (in front of the docks parking of the esplanade nearby )the pancakes are ok but without more. sometimes a little drunk. The service, however, was too slow. The crêpes are ready relatively quickly but the server seemed to forget us to take the order. Arrived at noon thirty, we could not take dessert since at 1:45pm the server had not yet come to take our order.
Passing through the region, we were very happy to find a small creperia near the river to dine. the service is very friendly and the value for money excellent, I recommend!
