All the dish... read more While passing through Macon, we had a lovely dinner at Le Lamartin restaurant, and the €25.80 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) was perfect. All the dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and served with a smile. Thank you to the kind waiter who took the time to take a nice photo of us.

Special menti... read more An excellent restaurant in Mâcon! I ate there twice during my stay and it was incredible both times. The dishes were delicious and full of flavor. Special mention to the Moroccan gentleman who works there; he's lovely, very welcoming, and genuinely kind—he made the experience even better. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of. Honestly, I loved it; everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

Le Lamartine (The other places along the quayside are awful) This is a place that truly deserves a much better rating than what you find online. A fantastic welcome, lovely decor, efficient and attentive service, and delicious dishes just the way we like them. We loved the vol-au-vent. In short, a restaurant is best discovered beyond the reviews... We'll be back.
