So many flavours put together in each bite, that I wanted more of each course, but luckily I didn’t because then I would not be able to finish the desserts. Fantastic experience.

The quality of the food was truly outstanding and the flavours were balanced. Each course was surprising and the wine pairing was on par. I can definitely recommend Cassis if you are looking for good food and a great ambiance.

The association of wines allows to discover wines of quality and adapted to each dish. The staff is pro. If you need to eat in Mâcon, push the door, close your eyes and let your taste buds guide you in this place. One of the best restaurants in the region.
