When I visited and place my order I was told they didn't have enough to fill my order and didn't offer to fry any more even though it was just a little after 5pm, so I had to go to another place to fulfill my orderFood: 3/5 View all feedback.
The food was average, and the staff was unpleasant, even speaking about customers as they left. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
The chicken was fresh and hot! However, the mashed potatoes and gravy could have been served warmer. The biscuit was also fresh and hot. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.
The staff is friendly and pleasant, and the interior of the restaurant is clean. The service is efficient, and the wait time is reasonable. However, the corporate office needs to address the wooden board at the drive-thru, as it poses a risk of splinters for both customers and employees. It would be wise to replace it with metal, similar to other drive-thru windows.
I had never eaten dinner at this restaurant before, and I was disappointed primarily with the chicken. It tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for at least three hours—tough, dry, and lacking any flavor. However, I've heard good things about their breakfast, so I may give that a try. But for dinner? I’d recommend just going to Walmart and buying the discounted chicken for $5.99; it would taste about the same.
The chicken wasn't the tender, juicy dish I remember. When I took a bite, it was still saturated with cooking oil and lacked seasoning. I was quite disappointed.
