Mcdonald's - Macon

This is by far the best mcdonalds ive was in the state of ga! the employees were very fast about taking over and ordering! they followed the letter special instructions. the food was properly prepared and fresh! the lobby and the surfaces were all perfectly cleaned and the buukdimg smells good! they were really friendly and very professional! this must be the gold standard as all mcdonalds must work!

Cashier doesn't know how to calculate change! Told person serving window that I was shorted change, he also gave me incorrect amount manager on duty didn't know how to calculate change owed me! I was still shorted change on 3rd try to get it correct!

The food was okay, as you'd expect from a McDonald's. It did take a good 10 minutes to get my food after ordering. The place is not cleaned well. Bathroom stinks, dining room floor is oily. Trash laying on dining room floor. Tables not wiped. Looks like better management is needed. That is my thoughts when I see a place that looks like this.

They put onions on my Quarter pound cheese and when I asked them to correct it they scrapped the onions off and do not know what they did to bottom half of the bun but if you threw it at a window it would break it. That is how hard it was! I wish pictures had sound!

Sooooo I guess we don’t know how to read? And what kind of sauce did you put on here????? I hope this was a bad joke. Literally just asked for a plain crispy chicken sandwich add bacon.
