Mayo... read more Chicken Supreme was previously diced chicken breast with melted cheese, sauteed fresh peppers, mushrooms and onions. Crinkle fries and a delicious pickle. Mayo or Italian on the sandwich. I spent my lunch break today driving to Between the Bread for asandwich only to be thoroughly disappointed. The chicken is a chicken tender that was dry and blackened on the ends. I do notget my sandwich with the onions or peppers, just mushrooms, mayo and cheese. Mushrooms were definitely canned mushrooms, Icould not really tell if there was any cheese and I was given packets of mayo. The fries were not appetizing and I had toinquire as to whether the sandwich still came with a pickle. Sandwich and drink was $12. I took 2 bites of the sandwich and wasdisgusted. I threw the whole thing into the trash except for the tea. Glad my job had popcorn this afternoon. I will not returnto Between the Bread unless the original Chicken Supreme returns.

Several of the other people at my table enjoyed their lunch as well.
