Contribute Feedback What Cristiano Molina doesn't like about Arby's:
1st the cashier didn't seems like she wanted to speak i spoke first.. then my sandwich was cold i ordered inside no way a order suppose to be cold then I asked them to warm it up and guess what lol still cold not even luke warm. Last time I spend a penny here.
Came to the drive thru today 6/17/22 at 7:15pm. Had a coupon. The coupon did NOT reflect on my bill. HOWEVER, after I called the manager (can't remember her name) she VERY KINDLY asked me to return. Not only did she correct my concern. She made me laugh. She made it pleasant for me. To top it off there was only 3 employees (that I seen) and all were ladies and they was busy! (it is Friday lol) The cook came around smiled and asked if everything was ok making sure she did her job correctly without any attitude. I watched the cook ask the manager and the lady at the drive thru if they needed help with anything. This has to be the BEST customer service I've had in Macon YET and I've been here 4 years now! So thank you Arby's on Riverside for making my day so much better just by having AMAZING customer service from the front of house to the back of house. I will be calling corporate to tell them how happy I was with the Arby's in MACON, GA! THANK YOU!!!
My family and I enjoyed our drive through experience. We were attended to kindly, our order was perfectly done, and we enjoyed our food.
Food was average. Terrible service. Cashier was very rude and gave several smart ass answers to innocent questions.
Floor is dirty but good food and they compensated us for our wait. Wouldn't recommend but okay. Might come back.
Food and service were both find Diet Dr Pepper was foamy and they were out of Arby's sauce at the pump station.
