Many people use checks in addition to credit cards, and I believe all forms of payment should be accepted. I plan to file a complaint with corporate about this issue. It’s disappointing that Casey’s has chosen not to accept checks, and I will be boycotting all of their locations until they change this policy.

Others entering, shopping, etc. did not bring a... read more Just visited inside the store 11-14-20 for the first time in a few weeks. I was the only patron wearing a mask. Others entering, shopping, etc. did not bring a mask in, staff said nothing to them about wearing a mask, even though the corporate signs clearly posted at the checkouts are visible from the entrance. People are allowed to self-serve food and drink products, so may as well be eating in. If you are concerned about your family members and co-workers, don't go into this store until they … – show

For the past two months, my... read more The manager, Justin, was quite disrespectful. I have been a loyal customer, regularly purchasing gas and other items from the store. For the past two months, my ID has been accepted without issue. However, on January 25, 2022, I was told that my ID could not be accepted, even though it had been accepted just a day before. When I tried to explain the situation to Justin, he dismissively insisted that he could not accept my ID due to legal reasons. Frustrated, I asked an associate who had previously accepted my ID if anything had changed since the day before, and he confirmed that nothing was different.
