I’m giving Casey’s a 1-star rating because they don’t accept checks. Many people use checks in addition to credit cards, and I believe all forms of payment should be accepted. I plan to file a complaint with corporate about this issue. However, on January 25, 2022, I was told that my ID could not be accepted, even though it had been accepted just a day before. When I tried to explain the situation to Justin, he dismissively insisted that he could not accept my ID due to legal reasons. Frustrated, I asked an associate who had previously accepted my ID if anything had changed since the day before, and he confirmed that nothing was different.
