First time in the new romeo location, and on Christmas Eve. I was looking for something for a friend to drop off and eat. They had some really good-looking soups in the display but didn't know if the friend would of liked it. They offered me a different soup and fresh baked bread! I plan on going back! Stopped in for the first time the other day and had a blast! We both got specialty coffees which were delicious and came in the cutest bee cups. We also got a bagel and some cookies which were delicious, and found ALL KINDS of wonderfully curated stuff! I got some blood orange bitters fir cocktails and a dolly Parton travel tumbler. So much fun stuff! We will be back soon!!
My family I have enjoyed the Rustic Bluebird since they first opened in Romeo. Through the years we have also appreciated the Almont location. The quality, quantity and service by this lovely family and staff is great! This past week they took it all to a new level. With a death in the family last week, it left us scrambling to find a caterer for the funeral luncheon on short notice. Rustic Bluebird really came through for us with catering many options, delicious food, accommodating and even boxed up leftovers for us.Thank you for helping us honor our family member and for your kindness.
Ordered the “simple dinner” catering package for my staff Christmas party. Everything was fantastic, we had plenty of food and it stayed warm for hours! Highly recommend!
Cute place! The marketplace area is really nice and there are a ton of to go options. I went to the restaurant when it was open so I knew the food would be good. There is a salad bar and soup station. It was pretty pricy for what I got, but I'll be honest, I just went for it. I got soup, a salad, and a cookie and it was $20. The salad would have been plenty though and that was only $10. I would definitely go again! The staff was very friendly and helpful!
I visit a few times a month, mostly after I’m done working in downtown Romeo. The shop is so cute and there is even a salad bar and hot food options that I have yet to try. The seasonal displays (fall/Halloween and now Christmas) include dinnerware, blankets, pillows, sweatshirts, jewelry (to name a few). I’ve tried their cooler items like iced coffees, soups, sandwiches, salads and a few of their breads. Old fashioned candy. Fun for all ages. Upbeat music. Friendly service. It’s my new happy place. I wish they could be open Monday and Tuesday’s, but I’m grateful they are located in Romeo again.
