Reception and cleaners... read more We are on the way to Cairns. Pulled in last night for a break. Rebooked again this morning for another night due to flooding on highway. Reception and cleaners could not be any more helpful and friendly. Bent over backwards to accommodate us, even though we had to change rooms they got it sorted very quick and it was a quick change over. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Location is perfectly central to everything we need. Will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Greeted warmly when we arrived and checked in. We got some advice around where to eat, as their restaurant is closed on Saturday night, which worked nicely for us anyway. The rooms have been freshened up recently and are very pleasant. Great value for money and a perfect stop after a long day on the road. Service: 5

The owners/current management team here at the Mackay Resort Motel have a professionalism that is very hard to find these days. The care pride taken in what is on offer here ...will not be found anywhere else! If you are lucky enough to stop in Mackay, this is exactly where you should be planning on staying. The beds are indeed incredibly comfortable In house restaurant with friendly room service delivered very quickly! Clean, quiet, safe and welcoming. Hygienic Guest laundry facilities made this stay even easier! Thank you very much for making the stay here in Mackay home away from home . This customer will be back for sure!

The pool is nice, the kids lov... read more We stayed overnight in a family room and we arrived outside business hours. The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is nice, the kids loved it. Nebo Rd is a very handy location to stay (that's why there's so many motels in the area). Everything was tidy and well presented. We were really happy with the accommodation and we would definitely stay there again. Hotel highlights: Great value
