They were also very chewy. Not a great experience.

We waited 10 minutes for a table, only to be told to sit anywhere and then find out that the seat was reserved with no signage. There were too many staff members seemingly doing nothing, including the bar staff. We had to ask for our drinks multiple times and the food was not good - the steak was overcooked and the sides were dry and unappetizing. We had to go back to the bar to get another drink and, despite requesting no beans, my Sister's meal still came with beans. We had to ask for cutlery multiple times and our food ended up getting cold. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend wasting your money here.

The restaurant wasn't busy, but it seemed to be staffed with young girls who weren't attentive. After getting up to look around, we still received no service. It was the worst service I have ever experienced. I would give them 0 stars.

On the third attempt it was hot enough to eat, an... read more We had dinner here on Anzac day, went for the all you can eat chilli, unfortunately it was served cold, twice! On the third attempt it was hot enough to eat, and pleasant enough but no real chilli heat. Management handled our complaint well and did not charge for the food. This was our first and will be our last visit to this food chain.
