Pig minds does something that is so impressive and remarkable. they were able to build a massive customer base with vegan and not vegan alike, in the middle of nowhere, il. I find that it speaks quantities that their beers and foods are so delicious that they can have those who would not be found in a vegan restaurant again and again. I make it a point, in every time to stop I am in the opposite and every time, I leave myself full not only in my own, but in my heart.
We've been approximately four times and everything has always been delicious. There is something for everyone on the menu. The restaurant is about 90 miles from our house but we made the trip for Valentine's Day weekend. The special with oyster mushrooms was fabulous. My husband ordered the buffalo wrap which I have ordered in the past and it was as good as I remembered. The beer flights are a must. We are taking home vegan pizzas for tonight and tomorrow.
This is my favorite restaurant. I'm so grateful we have them here in rockford. They're thriving too!
A microbrewery with a fully vegan menu and electric car charging. If this isn’t vegan heaven, I don’t know what is! The menu had the typical bar food of burgers and fries, but it also had some healthier options and bowls and dessert! If I were to ever open a vegan restaurant, this is the place I’d want to clone!
Not a single thing to not like in my opinion. Great food and beer. Only complaint is I wish I lived closer
