What Joe B doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Service was excellent. The chili used to be good now its loaded with a pound of paprika and less meat.(Sad). Music could be louder and more intelligible. Portions of fries and chicken definitely could be larger. Otherwise an ok experience. C+ grade. With improvements could be a B+. View all feedback.
Tried to place an order in advance so that I could take my mom to lunch for her birthday while on my 1 hour lunch from work. First person told me they don’t do phone in orders I have to place it online. Then told me I would have to do curbside, pick it up and bring it back inside unpack it in order to dine in and place an order in advance (45 mins) spoke with manager Jacob who told me they can’t take reservations and in order to place an order in advance he would have to do a reservation and it’s against policy but once again I can order curbside and bring it inside. Then proceeded to tell me that the restaurant has been “dead” for lunch because it’s been so nice out. I have been in the industry for 17 years and never heard of such an insane policy. Safe to say they lost my business and not just for today. Very disappointed
Tay was the best server I think I’ve ever had! He was extremely friendly and always seemed to be there when we needed him. I would come back just to see him.

Had better meals from here , takeout and the food was not warm at all. The amount of french fries in the order was insufficient in my opinion. You have to be better, anyone could see that it wasn’t enough fries in the irder
