Apologies to Jason and Kelley; you might be receiving the wrong order today as well. I called to resolve the issue and had to navigate through a machine three times before finally reaching a human. However, they just put the phone down and seemed to forget about me while I waited for about 15 minutes, listening to them take more orders. I tried calling back three more times but got no answer.

Having tried the Shaker, Woodmere, and Harvard locations, I had nearly given up on Chipotle, but this location rekindled my enthusiasm. I was pleasantly surprised to find it not busy during the 6 PM rush. The service was excellent, and the portion sizes were generous compared to other locations. The dining room was clean and well-stocked as well. I will definitely be returning!
