Delivery guy made a delivery today to Cleveland Electric Labs. He did not see a tip on the bill which was an oversight on our part. We thought the delivery charge was the tip. He proceeded to raise his voice to an unacceptable level to our receptionist. Twice. Demanding a tip. There was a better way for him to address this misunderstanding.
