Initially, they asked me to hold on to the Drive-Thru speaker, and I ended up losing track of two cars behind me. Then, I moved to the window, where there was no one in line the entire time I waited. When I received my order, some items were missing, but the restaurant's general manager assured me that I wouldn’t be charged for the items I didn’t receive. I had indeed ordered them. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. I always enjoy dining at KFC, and the restaurant is always very clean.
I'm not upset with the Kluck Bucket, but I wish they seasoned more than just the chicken. On the bright side, they at least get your order right at the drive-thru.
Awful experience. We waited for five minutes despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Not a single staff member greeted us or said "we’ll be right with you." Two employees even walked past us silently, so we chose to leave—and won’t be coming back!
The customer service at this location is terrible. One manager named Katelyn was particularly rude. They forgot my side item when I went through the drive-thru, and when I asked about it, they slammed the window shut on me. Additionally, the crispy chicken I received was old and tough. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with this KFC. I would not recommend going here. If you enjoy KFC, steer clear of this place—the food is unpleasant, and the staff is rude. Don’t waste your money!
