They forgot my side item when I went through the drive-thru, and when I asked about it, they slammed the window shut on me. Additionally, the crispy chicken I received was old and tough. I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with this KFC. I would not recommend going here. If you enjoy KFC, steer clear of this place—the food is unpleasant, and the staff is rude. Don’t waste your money!

She slammed the window twice and asked, "What do you want?"

Initially, they asked me to hold on to the Drive-Thru speaker, and I ended up losing track of two cars behind me. Then, I moved to the window, where there was n... read more Initially, they asked me to hold on to the Drive-Thru speaker, and I ended up losing track of two cars behind me. Then, I moved to the window, where there was no one in line the entire time I waited. When I received my order, some items were missing, but the restaurant's general manager assured me that I wouldn’t be charged for the items I didn’t receive. I had indeed ordered them.
