The pizza is really good, great value for money. The largest quantity is 16 slices, and they are not small. The environment and service are not at the same level, it goes a long way. I would place the order via phone call and come and pick up the pizza to eat at another location or even at home. There's the menu on Instagram and you can order via phone call (no WhatsApp). The worst possible. Terrible customer service. We arrived, sat down and it took a while for someone to come and serve us. A person came to ask us if we had already placed our order, we said no. He left the menu and didn't return to write it down, my son had to go to the counter to do so. After an hour of waiting and no satisfaction, my son again went to the girl who served him at the counter and asked for our order, she replied that she would check and asked for another 5 minutes. 10 passed, this time I went to the counter and asked someone else and this time I emphasized that we had been there for over an hour waiting for our pizza and nothing. I also asked, without much patience, if they were still going to help us? Otherwise, they told us that we would leave. Again the person, this time a guy, replied that he would check and asked where our table was. I informed. After waiting a few more minutes, he went to our table, addressed my other son and not me, and said that our pizza was in the oven and would be out in 5 minutes. In other words, a total lack of politeness, as he didn't even look at me or my son who made the request and the first complaint. He ignored our presence, even giving this information with his back to my husband and me. For us it was the last straw. Then we really got up and left. When we go somewhere, besides good food, good service is everything. This attracts customers and leaves the best impressions for future returns and recommendations. In his place, I would greet everyone present, as there were 5 of us, I would apologize for the delay and that I would do my best to see us as soon as possible, as we had been waiting for more than 1 hour. At least starting the services by placing the plates, cutlery and glasses, this already alleviates the situation, as the customer understands that their service is in process, they didn't even do that, quite the opposite, they ignored our presence and turned their backs on us. Ugh! I hope you take a refresher course and serve your future customers better, because as for me and my family, we won't be returning. I like to be well attended to. 0 stars. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 1
