Afte... read more I continued to watch as they went about their tasks and, thankfully, the supervisor eventually realized that a chocolate sundae might have been overlooked. After holding my buzzer for what felt like an eternity, it finally went off. I inquired about my drinks, which had not been served, and they assured me everything was fine. However, when I asked again about the mini sundae I ordered, there was still no update. It was frustrating to see that they were handing out orders without double-checking them beforehand. It seems like a standard operating procedure should be in place, yet some customers are left in the dark about what they are actually receiving. I placed my order at 6:33 PM, and it was not completed until 7:45 PM. I had ordered a Family Super Meal A & B, each with 8 pieces of chicken, plus two chocolate sundaes and large fries. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory.

The overall experience was exceptional, with each aspect deserving top marks. The food was outstanding, particularly the Chicken Spaghetti, which I highly recommend. The service was prompt and attentive, making for an enjoyable meal. Additionally, the atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, perfect for a relaxed dining experience. I would definitely return!
