It is the customer service for me! I haven't had Zaxbys for years because the bad customer service and the overall quality had negatively influenced my experience. I came back twice a week! The drive thru staff is so polite and efficient. The orders were fresh, but above all they were right. Keep the good work!
Wow! Amazing customer service. fast ride through, nice staff I am completely lost for words!! I even tipped the ride through Lady $5! Keep it!
The drive thru is ALWAYS longer than a saloon! They do their best to keep waiting times low, but the line is still long! Zaxbys definitely has the best salads in a fast food restaurant most sitting restaurants! The wings are too lol.
