I went through drive-thru, the young lady that took my order was very nice and patient. She greeted you first, then ask if you could hold, then took my order. What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Fast forward 10 months after my initial review. If you close an hour or two past the current time why are the lights off outside and no one taking orders when employees can clearly be seen inside. I?m gone learn to just stay home and cook. Fast food service truly sucks in this day and time. My order is usually correct, but not today. I got two 4 for $4 deals around 11:30. Saddest service I?ve had in a while. Usually this location I receive great service but today was completely different. I only ordered a biggie bag and fries for my kid, and I guess there was a miscommunication and they thought I wanted to sub med fries in the combo, cool no big deal that?s a easy fix.The issue starts when a girl comes from the back and cuts me off to tell me what?s on the receipt(which I never received) when I was already telling the cashier if I have to pay for it that?s fine. The cook then leans on the counter to tell another employee I?m trying to get free food which if she didn?t barge in she would?ve known that wasn?t the case at all. This just left me uneasy because I frequent this location

I am over this restaurant location. Slow, incompetent, inept and overpriced. It took an hour to get my food and by that time, I just wanted to get home. I shouldn't have trusted that the food would be right, because it wasn't. I ordered a triple #7 medium and a sw avocado salad with grilled chicken. The burger, cold and only one patty instead of three. Fries, cold and old. Salad, missing chicken and dressing. This isn't the first time that I have had a wrong order from this restaurant, but it will be the last.

Seeing that I ordered the deal I was very disappointed that we were missing food. I?m not driving back up the road for nuggets so a two star rating it is. I will say the Wendy?s staff on Floyd are usually friendly. Today must have been an off day or busy day for them.
Ok I NEVER write bad reviews, but my service was so bad this morning 9/7/22 around 8:30a. I just had to to tell you all to go to another location. First I opened the Wendy's app to see what coupons they have, seen the bacon, egg and cheese biscuits for BOGO, cool I'll stop by. I went through the drive-true, ordered pulled around, no one was at either window, waited like 3-4 min then she came and didn't say anything just opened the window and stood there. I showed her my phone , she scanned the coupon and still didn't say anything (I'm waiting on my total), so I gave her my card anyway, she gave me my bag and yet she still didn't say anything (guess she was on the phone), no receipt so I pull off, check my account and she didn't apply the coupon. I went back thru the drive thru and told her and she was like, yeah that's for mobile order only with BIG attitude. Now I use this app all the time at other locations and when its for mobile order it don't load for in store or it clearly says mobile order. I'm 1000% sure she is STEALING money from this location and that's why she avoids giving receipts and clearly lying about Appling the coupon. I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this location, they don't seem to care who they hire. Pretend you care a little, just a little if I'm spending my hard earned money.. at least put her in the back cooking, definitely don't need to be customer facing.
