Very little selection. This location does not carry any of the additional options. Cleanliness was subpar. Also, lady treated me like I was inconvenience. Kindness is not too much to ask for.
I saw the bad reviews on their poor customer service before coming today. Crossed my fingers and came for dinner (5:00pm on a Wednesday) anyways. The two employees here, a guy and girl, were awesome. They were awesome with me and with those they servedwhile I was eating there. Food was fresh and tasted great. Facility is clean. Music choice is perfect. No complaints on my end.
I ordered a 6 veggie sub. it was missing the veggies and it cost $4.25 more than I paid to other subways, one dollar more. my man was also missing meat and sweet and cost $4.50 25 cent more than mine. there was only one person who worked and it was obvious that she was frustrated. will not visit this subway again. Maybe I'll stop going to the subway time. I was very disappointed.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I ordered two chopped salads online, but when they arrived, they weren't chopped at all. When I called to report the issue, the person on the other end hung up on me. I went back to the restaurant to have my order corrected, but the staff had a rude attitude and insisted that my order was not what was in their system. They were reluctant to fix it until I showed proof of my original order. Eventually, one of the employees agreed to remake it for me. To make matters worse, their Caesar salad dressing tasted overwhelmingly like mayonnaise. This place really needs to provide better training for their staff and ensure that they have the right attitude for customer service.
