Pableo's Grill
Description
Set in Bacolod with ample free parking, Pablo's Grill charms with clean, creatively decorated spaces—cozy nooks for solo diners and roomy tables for groups—offering well-priced, satisfying dishes from sisig and barbecue to burgers and sandwiches. Guests praise the atmosphere, unique interiors and running-water restrooms, though service can be slow and staff training inconsistent. Expect strong value and memorable ambiance; note limited dessert quality and the absence of a barista and certain soups like bulalo.

The food is decent, but the service is quite slow due to a lack of staff at the restaurant. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 3.

Hi, it is my first time visiting Mabinay and this restaurant. We came at the restaurant at 07:20am, we are table 8. We need to ask the waiter/counter to serve our coffee (no initiative to serve us). 08:00am they served table 10 and table 9 and still got only coffee on our table. 08:10am we got the first plate but 2 of the orders are wrong. So, we returned it back. The waiter insisted that she served the right order and returned the 2 plates of Tocilog. I returned my plate as I am 100% sure I ordered corned beef. She then changed it but aggressively serving my plate. 08:30am they served my Ube Cake. It took you 1 hour and 10 minutes to serve my Cake? Every time we order, we need to ask as if we are the one initiating our orders? How come?
