Was Tolga B at Rantrée Maastricht a mag?
Dishes were nicely paired with the wine. The restaurant recently opted for a vegan menu. We tried the vegan desert, the taste and plating was even better than the main course (meat, bit bland for my taste). The location and the view of the restaurant was superb. What Yonah B dislikes about Rantrée Maastricht:
Had a good meal at Rantree but; Too bad everything has the same sour/bitter taste. The deer was well done and gray at the bottom, which was a shame and the chef's comment was that they couldn't do anything about it because it was an old deer, which is very strange, otherwise everything was well seasoned. Ate in this restaurant with a good friend. We were impressed by what the kitchen staff can do here. It was beyond fantastic. The composition of the dishes was very special and delicious. The service was also excellent. That, together with the beautiful location with a view over Maastricht and surrounding areas. gave us a wonderful evening. Price/quality okay. Highly recommended!!
