seriously one of the best dinners I had in my life! a lot of taste and a lot of ingredients. each cure is unique and contains new aromes. Usually they have to do as vegetarian with what they get and are often disappointed in restaurants, especially expensive. but here the vegetarian menu was just as well thought out and delicious. very eagerly recommend! Had a fantastic seven-course dinner and each curs had something special and unique. everything was cooked to perfection. the highlight for me was the longustin with a tom kah sauce. friendly service and good wine arrangement. I also know that it was all cooked with low fat, so we were not completely full after seven cures.
We had dinner here half an hour. each plate was a surprise with taste combinations on the bizarre, but brilliant, and look at these little mushrooms, look at how sweet they are.
We had another magical evening in le bon vivant on Friday the new 7-course gastronomic menu by chef bjorn a chef that I think is true creative star quality! next time we will visit again maastricht as le bon vivant is now our favorite place in the city!
