I was on the move, and so I only had time to stop for a coffee and a piece of pie. The pie was great and the friendly server asked if I wanted it heated, and did so perfectly (too hot, and it's hard to eat...). It's a clean bright place. Not too big, but it seems popular with the locals, so I'm thinking the rest of the food is good too. Lytton is a cute little town, so there are several reasons to stop here and spend... What Gwen McCullough doesn't like about Lyl'Towne Deli & Sandwich Shop:
I’m not sure if their sandwiches are better if you eat in, but take out was possibly the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The bread was stale and the fillings were barely there. At $7 each, I expect something edible, which these were not. View all feedback.
We stopped for a snack and restroom break. The cake and potato salad were delicious. The service was friendly as well.
This fantastic small deli in a quaint town opens at 6 a.m. and is bustling with customers enjoying breakfast all day. They also offer a diverse lunch and dinner menu.
Stop for breakfast as recommended by local bar. The food was fresh and good, but the 'fresh-out-of-the-oven' cakes looked spectacular. Maybe next visit. Great little town.
Good food, good prices, good service and overall a perfect break on a long highway. Great home style cooking here, good burgers, grilled cheese and other comfort food delights. Nothing expensive here and just like home. 18 people in while we were there and everyone...was served quickly and with good attention to detail. Overall great and will add this to the places not to be missed.
I tried the soup and sandwich at this restaurant. It was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the service was friendly. I noticed many locals also dining there.
