Every manual states that you should contact us if you have any questions or before anything is damaged. I did this too. The first time I was on hold for about an hour, then I hung up. On the second attempt I was promised a call back, which I have not received to this day. I received an answer to the request via the contact form, but to answer you have to open a new contact form again...
Didn't get a hot dog. You have to walk all over the store to satisfy your hunger. Incredibly poorly done! Edit: We were just there before opening time
*TAMARA*, a.k.a. the worst customer service representative in the world. We took a number from customer service at Ikea in Lyssach today (December 5th, 2024 at 5:10 p.m. . Even though there were no other customers, the number didn't change. The employees took about 10 minutes to have a conversation with each other without paying any attention to us. When Tamara (customer service finally spoke to us, she cheekily claimed that we must have missed the number. Our number was 543 and the number on the display was 541 the whole time. She was very rude and even said that if we weren't happy we could just leave. I don't understand why customers are treated so badly and rudely. We shop regularly at Ikea. Last year we spent around CHF 40,000. This is the second time we've had such a bad customer service experience. Unfortunately, the quality decreases every year. The friendly atmosphere of IKEA no longer exists, I no longer want to buy anything in IKEA.
