Mojo Taqueria Lyons

First timer and definitely was not 100% impressed. The service lacked attention severely. We were checked on twice, as she was rushing back and forth to two other tables besides us (2 top); one 4 top and one other 2 top. Never giving us the opportunity to actually ask for or get something. Dropped the check halfway through eating and said I 'll grab this when you 're ready . Not once took the time to stop and engage. The hostess was equally terrible; she handed us our menus and told us where to sit. Hahaha ?‍Cleanliness:The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. The toilet paper roll mechanism was broken and hanging off the wall on top of the trash can. The floor was so sticky, you could see long pieces of women 's hair stuck to the floor. If a bathroom looks like that, I can hardly imagine what the kitchen looks like.Food: the carnitas and shrimp tacos were absolutely amazing! The boxed rice and charro beans are left to be desired. The charro beans had three beans, all tomato and one piece of small bacon. I literally ate rice with chunks of tomato. Not to mention, all of this was put in a little 3 oz cup.I had really high hopes for this place and cannot say I 'll be returning.

Best and most flavorful Mexican style food I have had in a while. Everything is freshly made. The chips and pico salsa were great- chips were just the right thickness and crispness with just the right amount of salt. We chose this restaurant because they had several vegetarian options for my daughter, more than just the usual cheese quesadilla or bean burrito. She got the fried avacado soft tacos and really liked it. My husband's burrito was so large he could not finish it, and my Mojo bowl was just right. If you have time after, there's a nice park just around the corner where you can walk along the water, and there are also several sculptures and a small botanical garden. Nice way to end the day!

First time trying out Mojo’s and I was impressed! The tacos were made to perfection, everything was super fresh. Our server/bartender, Hannah, took very good care of us. She was very attentive, had great recommendations, and never let our tables drinks go empty! She deserves a raise definitely coming back and requesting her!

Me and my friends were traveling through Lyons Colorado. We were told to hit up the best place for great food and service. As soon as we walked into the joint we were greeted with the best customer service ever. Cynthya and Hannah were amazing. They recommended the best food and drinks on the menu. We will definitely be returning as we do travel alot through Lyons. Thank you ladies for a great evening. Your the BEST!!!!
