we drink a bit delayed to 2nd and 3rd round. After a longer wait, the food came normal, one of the 7 meals came 15 minutes after the rest of the food. when paying this much for dinner, timeless is very important. However, still a big evening and when the output came out server was about to take care of. Eating was great and made to wait a little tolerable. View all feedback.

My wife and I went to Elements on Valentine's Day. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for our entree and never received it. I finally just told thew waitress to bring us our check because I was not going to enjoy the meal at this point. In addition, they did not have available what we wanted to order which was on the Valentine's day menu that you had to order off of. Sorry to say it was just a bad experience. View all feedback.

I have seen a steady decline in food quality and service at elements since I am here in 2017, extremely disappointed, but not surprised by the service I received on 2/14/2020. I sung here several times because it was a hit or a miss. first: I called the restaurant 2 times to make a reservation for my man and me and left my name and number on the answer machine, but never a call back. I could get a reservation on open table. second, I received my appetizers at the end of the meal when I remembered a server that we did not receive them before our main meal. the server has boxed it for us. Thirdly, the thunfish was cooked over and I asked for medium rare. the server were always accommodating and I think they really tried, but I think they were overwhelmed and maybe inexperienced and managed the great amount efficiently on Valentine's Day. food and management must be improved. finally, the hearing of a klavier in the background elements gave a great deal. I'm sorry it doesn't exist anymore.

Last night, Valentines, we stoped by about 7:00 p, understanding that without a reservation the chance of getting a table would be slim. We were greeted in a friendly manner and told that they were fully booked. We ask if it would be possible to have a drink at the bar. The hostess said she would ask the bartender. As we gazed at the bar with not a sole at it the we were promptly told sorry we couldn’t be seated at the bar. It’s amazing that the management would turn away business. It’s worth nothing that the tables in the bar area were half empty.
