A superb discovery! Sémantème offers refined, inventive cuisine focused on very fresh seasonal products. Each dish is a true work of art, with surprising and perfectly balanced flavor combinations. The welcome is warm and the service attentive without being intrusive. The setting is elegant and intimate, perfect for a meal for two or a great gastronomic experience with friends. Special mention for the herbs and vegetables from the market which bring a unique touch to the plates. A restaurant not to be missed in Lyon! This restaurant was a fabulous discovery. They were so welcoming and it felt as though the food was cooked infused with love. The food was delicious, seasonal and the wine pairings were perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience!
