It was perfect buttermilk cake pear sorbet foraged greens and fermented mushroom vinegar on the lamb excellent cheese course The restaurant is far too bright. There are warm spot lights, and a ‘S’ shaped cool toned LED. Without the LED, ambiance would feel elevated.
