Among the significant number of Michelin star restaurants of Lyon we chose Miraflores for our last week's grand dîner. We were not disappointed. The restaurant has a cozy feel with quirky piano music that makes you feel like you've ended up in a silent...movie. The service is personal and truly delightful. We chose the big menu dégustation. It was a great culinary experience. The service is very well, the setting and view of the preparation of the dishes are interesting. Travel guaranteed with these elaborate, ultra-original, and delicious dishes.
Very big not to say one of my best gourmet memories. At Miraflores everything is perfect, tastes, textures, flavors, changeover is at the rendezvous. Unknown spices that enhance dishes without ever crushing their tastes. I recommend the agreement of wines of great wines to make this culinary journey an unforgettable dream. The simple, smiling and elegant service invites us to follow Chef Carlos Camino in the journey he has prepared in real orchestra and captain of a beautiful brigade. He plays a ballet in his visible kitchen from some tables watching and making each dish a work of art that leads us from the Amazon valley to the highest peaks of the Andes. Thank you all for this trip that I invite you to do also and without restraint.
