And it was a great discovery! already, the frame is beautiful, everything is clean, the room is beautiful. the service was really niquel, with the smile and explanations of the dishes. We started with the aperitif's house that was very good. Then the pralined foie gras we had at the entrance was just a murder! and it was really a very nice portion for an entrance. in the main dish, we had the right of a cooked pigeon at low temperature, with the chip roasted skin. I'm not a big fan of strong meats, but now it was really succulent! wine was very good too, we were well advised. I really had a great time and I'll be back with pleasure! Thank you, chief!
