So some know you and are friendly, and others are there from... read more Regular customer, the service fluctuates because employees rotate in the different Kaiser bakeries. So some know you and are friendly, and others are there from time to time, and do the bare minimum. The quality is the same, fluctuating on certain products like flan which can be fresh and pleasant to eat one day and pasty like toothpaste the next. The bread has become of average quality, the baguettes are ok but the rustic bread has become tasteless, tasteless. In short, the quality has fallen but not the prices. As for cakes, way too expensive for a bakery.
